Stitches are cast on for the back piece first. The back piece is worked back and forth with double pointed needles to form a slanted shoulder, before being worked down to under the sleeves. Then knit up stitches on each shoulder to the left and right side of the front piece. New stitches are cast on between the front pieces before the entire front piece is knitted back and forth in rib structure to under the sleeves. The front piece is then joined with the back piece, and the jumper is further knitted in the round to the full length. Knit up stitches around the armhole for sleeves. The sleeves are knitted in the round in rib and finished with a few<br>rounds with a larger needle to add some width. The neckline is knitted at the end.
